Step 3: We will come back to you within two working days with a bespoke proposal outlining rates and availability at the venues which have the most suitable facilities for your event. Step 4: You select your venue Step 5: We will make the venue booking on your behalf, whilst assisting you with, amongst other things: Sourcing AV, event mgt and transport support Checking accommodation availability & pricing Providing options for teambuilding or social programmes Step 6: You make practical arrangements directly with your venue & events professionals, and then come to Worcestershire to enjoy a well attended and successful event.
